The 11th Vienna International Conference on Mathematical Modelling (MATHMOD 2022) took place at TU Wien in July 27-29, 2022.

Approximately 200 participants attended MATHMOD 2022 to present and discuss new trends in mathematical modelling. All contributions accepted for MATHMOD 2022 went through a thorough peer review process. A total number of 163 papers were accepted for presentation at MATHMOD 2022 conference, among them 112 Full Contributions and 55 Discussion Contributions. The Full Contribution papers are published at IFAC-PapersOnLine.

MATHMOD 2022 was organised and hosted by the Institute for Analysis and Scientific Computing and the Automation and Control Institute at Technische Unviversität Wien and co-sponsored by the International Federation of Automatic Control (IFAC) and its technical committees TC 4.2 – Mechatronic Systems and TC 2.2 – Linear Control Systems.
